Returns & Exchanges

At Piper & Scoot, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit code or exchange your item for a different size or color, depending on current inventory.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your store credit will be issued via email or your exchange order will be automatically processed within 5-7 business days.
